FREE SAMPLES
In order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, we will send you samples (max. two) of products of your choice COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE POST PAID. These samples are mounted on a card 145 x 100 mm and are normally a 9 or 12 tile swatch (quantity depends upon actual tile size - see image below) and are representative of colour and texture only. We aim (although cannot guarantee) to include all colours of a blended or shaded tile. Please note that decorative tiles (ie motifs), swimming pool copings and decking tiles are not included in this offer.
Subsequent samples will be charged at £1 for up to two swatches plus postage and packing.
Please note that because of the rapid turnover of our stock, it is not always possible to send you a sample taken from our current batch, so when you receive your order it may vary slightly from the sample.
To avoid this and if an exact colour match is required, we strongly recommend that you order a minimum of one sheet which WILL be taken from our current stock. You will have to pay for this single sheet plus delivery and packaging but you can then be sure that the colours are to your satisfaction, as we are unable to accept returns without a handling charge which covers the cost of checking each and every sheet before we can return them to stock.
We regret that if this single sheet is not to your satisfaction we are unable to make any refunds.
