Orders received up to 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be despatched that day for delivery in Zones 1 & 2 the following working day (Saturday & Sunday excluded) between 7.30 am and 5 pm or the day after (except zones 3,4 & 5 which are 48 - 72 hours). Orders received on a Friday will be despatched for delivery on Monday (or Tuesday depending on Zone, see above).
