Delivery Information

Orders received up to 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be despatched that day for delivery in Zones 1 & 2 the following working day (Saturday & Sunday excluded) between 7.30 am and 6 pm or the day after (except zones 3, which are 48 – 72 hours). Orders received on a Friday will be despatched for delivery on Monday (or Tuesday depending on Zone, see above). To upgrade the service please contact us for the rate. Kindly note that a signature will be required, otherwise the goods will be returned to the courier’s depot and you will be requested to contact them to re-arrange a new delivery date, Please note this may incur a redelivery charge.

In the event that we are out of stock of your required item, we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery or possible alternative product.

We do not make a profit from carriage charges and as an established company, we have negotiated very keen rates with our supplier. Carriage charge includes secure packing which is designed to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.

Small orders will be despatched by DPD with larger orders (on non returnable pallets) by PALLETLINE. Pallets (usually 100 kgs upwards) will be delivered on a tail-lift vehicle. The driver’s responsibility for delivering the pallet will be limited to taking the pallet off the tail-lift at ground level and leaving it on firm standing. The driver will generally not be able to assist with manually offloading goods and must remain in line of site of his vehicle at all times this is known as a KERBSIDE DELIVERY*

As delivery cost is both weight & postcode based, when confirming your order in the shopping cart area, you will be asked to identify your relevant delivery zone from the following:

*Kerbside delivery means that items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the palletised goods into a spot on the kerbside or nearest hard stand that is safe and keeps the pallet secure.

Arranging your delivery

We are justifiably proud of a very high completion rate of all our deliveries on time, however there is always the possibility of factors beyond our control. With this in mind, we would strongly advise that when planning your project you allow sufficient time for your delivery to arrive before employing a tiling contractor.

Changing Address/Delivery Address

Please note sellers cannot change the address or delivery address for you once you have submitted your order. If you need to update the shipping address and the item has not shipped yet, you will need to request a cancellation of your order and then reorder.
